Itinerary
After breakfast, depart from your accommodation in Rabat and begin your private journey toward Chefchaouen, one of Morocco’s most beautiful and photogenic destinations. The drive takes you through the peaceful countryside and rolling landscapes of northern Morocco before reaching the Rif Mountains.
Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, start exploring the famous Blue Medina, known for its narrow streets, white-and-blue houses, colorful doors, and peaceful atmosphere. Take your time wandering through the old town, where you can discover traditional handicraft shops, small local cafés, and hidden corners decorated with flowers and colorful Moroccan details.
Continue to Plaza Uta el-Hammam, the heart of the medina, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and historic buildings. From here, you can admire the Kasbah of Chefchaouen, a historic fortress located in the center of the old town.
For a different perspective of the city, walk toward the Spanish Mosque, situated on a hill overlooking Chefchaouen. This is one of the best places to enjoy panoramic views of the blue-painted medina and the surrounding Rif Mountains, especially around sunset.

After breakfast, depart from Chefchaouen and continue your journey toward the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most important archaeological sites. Enjoy a guided walk through the ruins and discover the remains of this former Roman settlement, including its remarkably preserved mosaics, ancient temples, columns, basilica, and impressive triumphal arch.
Continue to the historic Imperial City of Meknes, where you will have time for lunch before exploring some of the city’s most famous landmarks. Visit the magnificent Bab Mansour Gate, admire the lively El Hedim Square, and discover the exterior of the Royal Granaries and Stables, as well as the historic walls built during the reign of Sultan Moulay Ismail.
In the afternoon, continue your journey toward Fes, Morocco’s spiritual and cultural capital. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your riad or hotel. The rest of the evening is free to relax and enjoy Fes at your own pace.
