Continue to Midelt for a relaxing lunch, then drive through the breathtaking Ziz Valley, renowned for its lush palm groves and panoramic oasis views. By late afternoon, arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the majestic Erg Chebbi Dunes.

Enjoy an unforgettable camel trek across the golden Sahara as the sun sets, leading you to a traditional Berber desert camp. Wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the golden dunes of the Sahara Desert. Before breakfast, you may enjoy sandboarding on the dunes surrounding the camp. After breakfast, collect your luggage and meet your driver, who will be waiting to pick you up in the desert.

Begin your desert discovery tour with a visit to local Berber nomad families living in traditional black tents. Experience their warm hospitality as you share a glass of freshly brewed Moroccan tea while learning about their unique way of life.

Continue your journey to the historic M’Fis (Mascara) Mine, an abandoned mining site located in the heart of the desert that offers fascinating insights into the region’s history.

Next, visit the village of Khamlia, renowned for its rich Gnawa heritage. Enjoy a live performance of authentic Gnawa music, a unique cultural tradition with deep African roots.

Travel through the scenic desert landscapes, passing traditional Berber villages and the ancient irrigation system of Tinjdad before arriving at the spectacular Todra Gorge, one of Morocco’s most impressive natural wonders. Enjoy time to stroll through the towering canyon, where cliffs rise up to 300 meters, and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

In the afternoon, continue along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward the beautiful Dades Valley, known for its dramatic rock formations, lush oasis, and winding mountain roads. After visiting the iconic Monkey Fingers rock formations and the panoramic viewpoint overlooking the valley, check in to your hotel, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart from the beautiful Dades Valley and travel along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs toward Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Sahara” and Morocco’s cinema capital. Continue to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, Morocco’s most famous fortified village, where you’ll have time to explore its ancient kasbahs and enjoy lunch.

In the afternoon, cross the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping along the way to admire breathtaking panoramic views and traditional Berber villages. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon.

Explore the Red City with your licensed local guide. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque (outside view), Bahia Palace, the colorful souks, and Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. Optional visit to Majorelle Garden during your free time.
